RETURNS
Returns and exchanges shall be carried out in accordance with Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001, “On the Approval of the Rules for Returns and Exchanges of Items”.
Goods will not be accepted for return or exchange if they have been damaged, have lost their marketable appearance, have been used or no longer have their original packaging.
We will bear the cost of the return/exchange of faulty goods. Otherwise, the buyer pays for the return/exchange of the goods (if the colour, size, shape, texture, etc. of the goods are not to their satisfaction, but the goods are of good quality).
You can return the goods within 7 calendar days of receiving the parcel. Returns must be accompanied by a free-form request stating the reasons for the return and the buyer’s bank account number to which the refund can be credited.
If you have received a parcel that is missing items, or you have not received the items you ordered, please contact us within 2 working days by email at zalvariojura@gmail.com; info@zalvariojura.lt or by phone at +37063017532. After this period, no claims will be accepted regarding the contents of the parcel.
ATTENTION!
You can return the goods by registered post (V. Mirono g. 76, Kaunas, LT-46487) or by parcel machine (V. Krėvės pr. 43, LP Express, DPD, or Omniva).
